I was ridiculed when I some years ago in my book “Among Criminal Muslims. A Psychologist’s Experiences from Copenhagen Municipality.” claimed that many criminal Muslims are religious. More about me and my research here. Naser Khader, who was a MP when my book was published, review the book with the words “Read this book, minister for integration.” Naser Khader, himself an ex-Muslim and author of books and articles on Muslim culture and religion, is well-connected in the Muslim community.

Translated article by Naser Khader from BT:
From my sources in the Muslim community, I hear that the conflict is becoming apparent among Danish Muslims on several levels. A teacher told me, for example, that Muslim children in schools ask each other whether they are Shia or Sunni Muslims. If they do not belong to the same branch of Islam, they will not play together.
Although it belongs to a mere bagatelle, I believe that it is thought provoking. I have also heard that some Shia Muslims will not buy in the Sunni shops – and vice versa. But the most worrying aspect is that gangs at Nørrebro in Copenhagen is also splitting into Shia and Sunni.
Rumors say that there has been a Sunni gangs of thugs who are after Shia Muslims – and vice versa. The Shia Muslims are Assad friendly, while the Sunni Muslims are against Assad.
At the beginning of this week, the 19-year-old Hamza Samsam was killed by stab wounds in Nørrebro. Although there is no evidence of it, it is claimed that he was knifed by a Assad- and Hezbollah-friendly group because Samsam reportedly has been in Syria.
